Information you give us: name, email, phone, organization, and any details you submit through a contact form, interest list, or inquiry about programs or partnerships.
Automatically collected information: browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and referring site, through standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics cookies.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide information about apprenticeship and workforce programs, improve the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with service providers who host the site or process form submissions on our behalf, or when required by law. Those providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
Retention
We keep inquiry and contact information only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of the information you submitted by emailing info@jobforward.org. You can also unsubscribe from any interest-list emails using the link in those messages.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
